Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to reply to you and arrange the music, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
This policy explains what Cantico does with the personal data you give us, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiries: the occasion, date, time, church or venue, the music you’d like, your name, mobile number, email if you give it, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Singer registrations: your name, contact details, voice part or instrument, parish and choir, and when you are free.
- Bookings: the details needed to prepare and invoice the music, and a record of payment.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange and prepare the music, coordinate with your parish, send your invoice and keep a record of the bookings we have sung. For singers, to contact you about singing with us.
Who sees it
The singers and musicians preparing your occasion see the details they need, such as the date, venue and music. Our website host and email provider store the data on our behalf. We never sell your data or use it for marketing, and we never share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Recordings and photos
We only publish a recording, photo or names from an occasion with the consent of the couple or family.
Website statistics
We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It uses cookies and tells us about visits in general, not who you are.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them for the booking and our records, and delete what we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to our data protection contact at hello@cantico.net and we’ll reply within 30 days.
